Hotel was nice clean and cosy.The accessibility of the local services, beach and being able to usesome extra beach faciliities through the Hotel. The staff were happy to help us with Bus Information,General Directions etc.The bar staff were friendly and accomodating.

Room was OK, access easy, breakfast good. good location. The place in which the hotel is located. Sea view from the room. Friendly staff at front desk. No parking space as it was a big problem for us.There was no fresh fruit available at breakfast It is now getting tohave a tired look as will soon be in need of refurbishment. Reception staff not so "friendly" - but still professional. Everything like WiFi, TV, room safe were charged as extras... so didn;t get used.To be honest, I experienced a shock just ten minutes after my arrival. A huge cockroach welcomed us as soon as we opened the bathroom. We killed it and complained to the reception. They said such things never happen and fortunately it proved to be true. We found no more cockroaches. Neither in our room, nor in other hotel facilities, it must have been a lonely guy:). Rooms were clean and tidy.The condicion air. Uncomfortable bed. Room was ugly and depressing - 70 style. Poor water supply (I could almost not take a shower). TV did not work.

The twin bedded oak-furnished rooms all have a side sea-view balcony and some have a front sea-view. Fitted carpets, orthopedic mattresses, black-out curtains, air-conditioned (hot or cold), direct-dial telephone, computer modem points, color satellite television, radio, personal safe, trouser press and mini bar are all standard features in our rooms.
All rooms have an en suite bathroom with bath and shower, a telephone and a hair dryer. Two Suites are also available on the eighth floor with a private terrace and panoramic views of Sliema.
