A terrace with private pool and countryside views is standard in all villas at Bella Vista Farmhouses. Located 1.5 km from the Ggantija Megalithic Temples, these villas are built in authentic limestone.
The villas offer satellite TV and free WiFi. They have a fully fitted kitchen and feature wooden furniture, cool tiled floors and barbecue facilities.
The Bella Vista villas are a 5-minute drive from the red-sand beaches of Ramla Bay. The town square with shops, markets and restaurants is 10 minutes away on foot.
Mgarr Harbour, where ferries depart for Malta and Comino, is 10 minutes’ drive away.

It's a lovely place, with lots of space, several bathrooms and
toilets, lots of towels, bedside lamps that made reading in bed a
delight (and comfy beds). Beatiful terrace with a nice pool (a bit cold
during our stay). It is a short walk into Xaghra centre where there are
food shops (at least one of which will deliver food), restaurants. Post
office etc. On the way one passes both a letter box and recycling bins.
Easy to park your car on the street, but I think that there is also a

The farmhouse was spacious,comfortable and very well equipped with private pool and sunbeds. Monica was most helpful with booking trips, taxis and any other queries (although the square is only a ten minute walk). The starter food pack was so welcome on arrival off a late flight.
We (four ladies) loved this spacious accommodation but it would also be ideal for a family.
The house was very comfortable and picturesque with a wonderful view. The pool was a good plus and its size was perfect. The city (Xaghra) was overall beautiful,clean and very well situated in the center of the island and therefore not far away from any of the many tourist attractions Gozo has to offer.
lovely little villa perfect with views ouver the countryside and the sea, villa vas lovely and clean, on arrive there was a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, ham, butter, and local bread a very nice touch and not expected.
Nice view (side-sea view from each apartment), excellent staff, free internet-cafe, remoted, quiet village place with the possibility of 15 minutes walk to the main square (where are several restaurants).
Beautifull vieuw from terras and nice swimming pool. Very kind owner. Malta and gozo are a bit dissapointing but bella vista made it a very nice stay.
The accommodation is very comfortable with the basic needs available. It makes the holiday very relaxing and enjoy wonderful views of the countryside.
The personnel was very kind and helpful. The scenery was also excellent.

The most obvious thing going for these farmhouses is the panoramic view
Everything was clean with modest furnishings. Bedroom sheets were clean - Few bathroom towels but then I always take my own.
The pool area was very satisfactory and the pool was clean and maintained. There is also a great plus that one can buy vouchers to use for the A/C in each bedroom - Eur5 for 13 hours - We didn't use them as a lovely breeze was blowing and were refunded.
Wifi is free and there is a very good connectio.
Low water pressure in one bath room, one toilet (of 4!!!!) took a long
time to refill (=noice - simple solutions don't use that!!!), no
soap. So nothing serious.
Everything was really good.
could have been more saucepans so i could have cooked meals but we managed.
Children's playground was quite far.
The place needs car-rental, beaches are far for walking.
Driving in malta is a very dangerous way to transport.
Some missing lighting (kitchen needs to be lighted brighter). A shower beside the pool could be useful (avoid getting inside still wet).
Weather on Gozo in November was not too good.
Beds were uncomfortable, very low water pressure, flying ants (seasonal occurrence) only one washing machine for all the properties and lack of drying facilities (we bought our own washing line). Satellite tv only one channel in English (BBC World News) but lots in other languages.
The kitchen was very ill equipped for self catering.. 2 mugs and a few tiny coffee cups (We were 4 adults and 2 kids), few drinking / wine glasses, dinner plates that don't fit into the tiny microwave..
Its a shame that such lovely properties are not equipped to a higher standard - the ceiling fans sound like an aircraft carrier above your head..
