The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. We´ve stayed for 3 nights at Sally Port City Pads. It is perfectly located, just 5 minutes from the centre, but in a quiet backstreet. It’s a nice old building, but the apartment is tastefully decorated and with modern interior. Liliana (the owner) was just great. She is really friendly and gave us recommendations about restaurants and insider tip

The apartment was centrally located and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many attractions and the main bus terminus. We were given a warm welcome by the owner, Liliana who was just lovely and extremely helpful. We had an amazing time in Valletta and hope to visit Sally Port City Pads in the not too distant future.

I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service.
