s they opted out for this precautionary measure after quite a few experiences with tourists taking them home as souvenirs. As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. juice and coffee/tea/milk: delicious!!! - I was there for a week and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere, met some really nice people there too. The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen to cook in and a nice living room and garden to hang out together. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.
