The location was perfect - the food was excellent - the staff were friendly - The value was superb - the room was neat and clean - we had secure storage for valuables - - Stunning views over harbour and great location next to Valletta ferry from Sliema!   We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out.
