  Mixed feelings about this hotel. First impressions were good - nice big marble lobby with comfortable lounge. Also my room, when I finally found it, was large, attractive and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. It's just that getting to it was a pain.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Very comfortable, modern and spacious room with excellent facilities including TV with range of channels including main English TV channels and free wifi. Hotel lobby also has Macs to use for free and a library with books you can loan. Loved the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Having Wifi access meant I could keep upto date with my business in the uk. I travelled with my sister for our annual short break and we loved it. Staff were helpful, breakfast was really nice and lots of choice.   John and Dee were very accommodating and made me feel at home straight away. I arrived after midnight but was still warmly welcomed. There was a tv in the lounge/breakfast area (which was very characterful and inviting) with hot drinks facilities available. John could provide very useful loca - Knights in Malta is a beautiful old property with lovely designed spacious rooms. John and Dee are very friendly and made the stay quite special by e.g. serving malta specialities for breakfast. Naxxar is a great location for exploring Malta as nothing is further then 30min away. We had a small car and could explore the whole island easily. Also most of the good dive shops and dive sites are only 15min away. We definitely recommend this as the place to stay for your holiday in Malta
