  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay at the Victoria again.

  The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

  The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

  The breakfast buffet was outstanding, one of the better ones we've had! The personnel were extremely nice and the service was outstanding. We got an outstanding deal on our room, as well. This was our third visit in just under a year so we wouldn't keep going if we didn't like it.Living in Gozo it just gives us a change for a few days The food is very good and now there is a better selection of TV channels it is better for us as we only go out mornings and stay in room the rest of the day.

  We only spent one night at this hotel, though for only one night we felt welcome , the receptionist an english lady was lovely , when we first entered for check-in she was very welcoming, she went beyond her reception duties, showed us the the lovely and clean apartment and explained were everything was found such as the towels, and the bedroom wa... co mówią ludzie » s lovely and warm with the heating on already , even thought we booked on bb at a very good price we did`nt go up for b/fast. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more. Having stayed at 5 star hotels in Malta (where I live) this hotel compares ver
