  We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out.   Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.
