    The staff was super kind and helpful, both the woman who helped us enter one night we forgot the access code (OPS!) and Mr Joseph at reception, who helped us arrange a really last minute tour for Gozo/Comino and gave us great advices and indications every morning. It is situated in a great location, very easy to get to all the things you want to see in Malta. Apartments are new and very clean and have everything you would need if you wanted to eat meals in your room. There is a beach within walking distance and many great restaurants.     This was a great place to stay. I was recommended Palazzo Citta Valletta by a friend who had stayed there a couple of years ago. We stayed in the Garden Suite on the ground floor which opens out onto the Pallazzo's courtyard where you can dine outside if you to use your self catering facilities. The architecture i - Franck was hands down the highlight of our stay, extremely attentive, generous with his time, ready to play concierge if need be, and a marvelous point of entry into Maltese history and culture. We'll never forget his invitation to a glass of wine in his beautifully appointed apartment, where the history of the Knights of St. John seeps through the walls.
