The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have. The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy. Helpful staff and very clean.The spa was great! - ROOM GOOD.....LOVED THE AREA DIRECTLY IN

The guesthouse location is great. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there.
The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. Fantastic quality and money ratio! Our apartment had no sea view, only to the very small inner yard, but we got it for very good price, and we needed it just for sleeping and preparing and eating our breakfast.
