  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent. If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone
