It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The room was tidy.

  Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution. Excellent value for money.Good location for bus station,shops,pubs,restaurants and the sea.Rooms cleaned everyday.
