The lady at the reception (Jackie) was really nice. She helped us with all the information we asked for. In general all the people in the reception counter. The Staff at this hotel were very helpful and always happy. Analisse at reception was the the star, a beautiful smile and very helpful and welcoming. The Man in charge of the breakfast room was also excellent and very friendly. The location in Sliema was perfect, just a two minute walk to the Sliema ferries. the hotel is little dated, but thsi is not a problem. We intend oin staying again, or only regret is that we did not stay two weeks. - Ross
