  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  This was a great place to stay. I was recommended Palazzo Citta Valletta by a friend who had stayed there a couple of years ago. We stayed in the Garden Suite on the ground floor which opens out onto the Pallazzo's courtyard where you can dine outside if you to use your self catering facilities.   It was really, really cheap.. The manager was amazing and nice and extremely helpful with times of check in and check out. The shuttle there was on time both to pick us up and drop us off. Very friendly host, showed us around the area (at our request) and was very eager to ensure that we settled in nicely. Accommodations are fine. Raphael very helpful and would ask daily if we needed anything. It's basic and a bit sparsely decorated, but clean, safe, and a good choice if you just want a good price for a place to stay with good views, right near a couple nice harbours with facility to cook on your own. As a restaurant suggestion, La Pulena (italian) on seafront in Marsalforn was great, and the Otter on the way from apartments to town was very nice as well.
