  Schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung, nettes Personal - The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. Beautiful hotel, outstanding service from all of the staff throughout the hotel, lovely, well maintained and very spacious outdoor areas, the food was excellent and there were plenty of choices in all the restaurants and bars.
