Food was excellent, wine was good quality and well priced. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size and hygiene / cleanliness were top notch. I will be staying here again without a doubt. . Staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Very good value for money. Big room plus balcony. all reviews » all!. The reception workers were quite nice, as were the taxi drivers they called ahead for us. We enjoyed the location next to Gozo and the busses stopped right outside the door (convenient).Very nice spacious rooms in a very calm relaxing area. Small beach with warm water even in end of October with diving classes and good snorkeling. WHEN WE FIRST ARIVED AT YOUR HOTEL WE DID ENCOUNTER A FEW PROBLEMS, BUT THEY WERE SOON SORTED.I HAVE ON MY TRAVELS HAD BETTER QUALITY FOOD, THE HOTELS WAS OK, BUT IN OUR OPINION COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. . Lots of food and good choices at the buffet dinner. Staff helpful. Good view from rooms with north facing balconies. BandB in a hotel for around 25GBP per room - unbelievable. Nice location, and quiet hotel/resort, no other dutch guests in that week. It's a bit far from any ammenities, swimming pools had too much chlorine for my skin. . I was not informed during check in that I needed to open an account to sign food etc to my room. It was not a problem to do this afterwards but even so its not a good situation to be told in after eating a meal that you are not able to sign it to your room. There was another person in the similar situation who was very cross about this. Carpet in corridor rather frayed. Possible health and safety issue for tripping.Everything sucks. Staffs are uneducated. Banging doors. It was a little cold outside, so we wanted to use the hot tub, but it was bubbling cold water - not at all relaxing. The drinks at the bar by the pool were weak, and the food at the cafe serving lunch was not that great but then again, who goes to a place and only eats at the hotel? We were really hungry and didn't feel like waiting the hour bus ride to Valletta. First night we got a room with lower standard. Scrambled eggs and bacon not included in breakfast (costs extra). No restaurants close to the hotel. In evening it's only the hotel buffet restaurant available and it was not fully worth its price.WE DID SEEM TO HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE HEATING IN THE ROOM, BUT WE DID GET IT SORTED IN THE END, EVEN THOUGH IT DID TAKE A LONG TIME. Breakfast hot items often quite cool.a not working refrigerator, bad WIFI connection in room.
