The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great. I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday. The breakfast was pretty good and the pizza and pasta in the bistro were great . For a big hotel it was relatively intimate .It was nice !!.

the rooms were cosy and warm. breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. a very nice experience!. Friendly Customer care and Stuff. The food was very good in the evenings especially the weekend, the room always clean every day. i like the indoor pool and jacuzzi very relax . Positioning of the hotel is superb, enjoying both sea views and country views. I recommend hotel both for summer and especially in spring.Most of the time the elevators did not work and there was no airconditioning in the hallways and such.I don't know if it is the Maltese way but some of the staff were a bit cold and unfriendly . I had to call and complain about the cleanliness of my room a couple of times. The beach was closed - I am guessing we went out of season.when i booked a countryside view room i would not have acpected to get a poolview room. the indoor pool was a bit cold, avraging between 23 - 25degrees.Hotel needs a bit more Care as in Maintenance. breakfast was a bit lacking especially the hot section during the week satuarday and sundays was ok .Food served during the buffet should improve in quality.
