A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID, passport, or driving license prior to arrival. All requests for late check-in are subject to approval by the property. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 EUR 90 from 22:00 to 00:59 EUR 120 After 01:00 A child's high chair and baby cots are available by request for an extra charge and are subject to availability. This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Check-In & Identification: Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Payment: For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.
