The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel is only a few years old. The common space at the reception was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and well stocked .

The rooms are spacious and clean, all have a little balcony, the facilities are good (toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, safe) the pool area is lovely, the views over the town are nice. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. And free wifi. A great hotel :D. This hotel was beyond excellent. It is place close to the main transport system yet in a quiet side street. You are made to feel like part of a family who live in totally modern,up to date environment with all modern facilities.Anyone going for the first time should use this establishment. Staff at all times were efficient, helpful & friendly. The location was great, lots of good resturants near by, bus stop at the end of the street, for both local destinations and airport transfers. The reception is located a level below street level and you need to climb stairs to enter/exit the building. This is okay - but not if you have heavy luggage or if you are travelling with kids or the elderly (eg: stroller/wheelchair). /the staff are helpful and will assist if required. There is a lift in the hotel that takes you up to the hotel rooms - so it was only an issue on arrival and departure (I had heavy luggage). A ramp or hoist would be useful. The air conditioning was very hi-tech. I couldn't figure it out and came with no instructions. A staff member helped me with it but even then it didn't go as cold as I would have liked. We would have liked non-dairy milk option at breakfast, and some gluten free cereal/bread. The double bed was two twins pushed together. Absolutely nothing!!. Only some minor gripes - The wifi signal was often poor in the room, but you could get a strong signal in the lounge/bar area. Anyway didn't go there just for the free wifi. Complimentary Tea/coffee you have to pay for refills as they don't replenish the sachets. Everything was really good. If I had to come up with one thing it might be a suggestion to clean the filter on the pool, the water was looking cloudy. Very minor suggestion. There was a little noise late on outside on Friday night, but not significant.
