Great value Rafael Spinola Hotel offers comfortable accommodation in a convenient location in St. Julian’s, just 250 metres from the Blue Flag beach at St George’s Bay. You will enjoy great facilities at the Rafael Spinola, including free WiFi internet access and a fantastic rooftop swimming pool and sun deck. Soak up the sun here, while taking in fantastic views of the Mediterranean sea and the pretty Maltese towns below. Just 2 minutes’ walk from the Spinola you will find St Julian’s bus terminal, allowing you to travel all over Malta cheaply and easily, whether you want to visit new beaches or check out Valletta, the historic capital city. Malta’s trendiest bays, where you will find a large range of shops, bars and cafés are also just a short walk away. Parking is easy near the hotel.

Proper cleaning of the room, close to the shops, restaurant and sea promenade. It was only £17 for the night. good location. location. the lady on the evening reception the bed was v uncomfotable but they did change it to a new matresss for me. Could be cleaner, found 3 cockroaches in our bedroom. Very poore breakfast-only 1 type of cheese and bacon, 2 types of bread, and unknown brand of instant coffee and tea. If you will get "luck" to live at same time with those "language learning students" you are in trouble-those people don't care about nothing and don't pay attention to remarks from you or from hotel staff-prepare yourself for being part of they "long night discussions". Noise from the very early hours of repair work, very poor food is served for breakfast, poor choice of: sausage, cheese, breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, bread, rotten apples and oranges. The furniture in the room was very old. Breakfast was very poor. The roof with pool not clean. Some staff people rude, ants in the room, partly damaged facilities (electricity, toilet...), loud part of the town, bad traffic and parking options, poor breakfast,. Filthy ants in the bathroom no tv or radio in the room no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. very budget. run down, in disrepair.
