I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. Wi-fi works very well. The hotel is about 3 minutes from bus stop. Location is very comfortable. I truly recommend this hotel. The price is suitable concerning quality.
all reviews » Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated. The accommodations were spartan but comfortable and clean. There were always clean towels. And when we wanted more kitchen appliances, we had no trouble getting them When noise was a problem we were moved to a better location. The location ideal for bus service in both directions. staff were so nice. so close to bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants. beautiful walk along harbour to selema. room was lovely, large and very bright. lovely mini kitchen for cooking. great value. We liked the location (central but in a quiet street), the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is a good size and the price is very good. The location was very good, being far enough away from the busy streets, and in a relaxed apartment style complex close to restaurants, bars and transport. Friendly Manager Marc, view from the room to the harbour, big terraces, large windows, spacy room, pool, privacy, very good value for money, etc. It was convenient to live there next to English plus center, near the beach. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Stuff very kind, the flat was huge, eccellent position: bus stop 50m far and Paceville at 5 min walking!. Location is perfect. Close to night life, to the beach and to the bus stop. Staff is very nice. None. Nothing really! It is basic but its also really value for money so do not expect 5 star. This is not an ideal place for anyone with mobility problems. The residence is up a small but fairly steep hill, and there are stairs. Street noise can be a problem on weekends so ask for an apartment at the back of the building. WiFi is irregular. no faults. We would have needed more pots and pans in the kitchenette and maybe a microwave, since we were travelling with small children and were eating at home most of the time. I would have liked to have a broom and cleaning tools in the apartment just to tidy up during the day, even if the cleaners were around every day. You must ask the cleaners for fresh towels. Absence of lift, narrow stairs (although I may not be so important when you travel alone but significant when you travel with children), quality of towels, locking system of windows. the furniture quite old, bat not so bad. It is more of a residence building for students, so it doesnt have the structure of a hotel. The reception is open on very limited hours. My room was not ready when I arrived, but staff was nice and friendly to work it out.
