lack of tourists. Perhaps because you can‘t swim in the part of the bay directly outside the hotel.

The guesthouse location is great. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there.
The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Very beautiful view from the window. Big rooms with ventilator - actually no need for air conditioner. Very nice balcony, great to sit there in evenings with battle of vine. Bus stop just near hotel - easy to catch the bus to different direction at the island. Fantastic restaurant, very delicious meals and nice atmosphere.
Staff was very friendly, room was basic but had everything you could possibly need during your holidays including small kitchenette. The view from the balcony is really nice especially after dark. Overall we were very happy with the place and our stay. Would stay again! :) Thank you.
The staff were always helpful and very pleasant. It was extremely convenient for the local transport-the bus stop was right outside. A delightful swimming area in the sea also right outside. A superb restaurant in the building and wonderful view.

The location for where we were staying after was brilliant. The view of the bay was very pretty.

the traffic outside can get very loud, even with the balcony door completely shut. But this is my only complaint.
There were any problem except the water-closet, the water was not "going down" well. And the bedding was not new, but there were no problem with that.
When we arrived reception was closed, so we had to call to find out where to receive the key. Bathroom could be better - water in shower pours very little, hard to wash long hair. Bed linen were changed only once during our 14 days stay (after around 10 days), promised was each 3 days. Road just near the hotel, a bit loud, but you get used to that.
the road next to the guesthouse was very busy and noisy even during the night. It was almost impossible to sleep with the balcony door opened and took same time getting used to.
our room was very clean and cleaned regularly, still we had some not welcomed visitors - a few cockroaches, which wasn't particularly pleasant.
Some of the fixtures were a bit past their best and the kitchen utensils plates etc a bit scarce.
Bed was not the most comfortable.
A bit noisey from traffic but ok if close windows and use fan.
could not connect to internet,fees of 2 euro per day for tv did not follow the overall feel of this place.

Only minus is noise from road. But it was ok.
