Our stay was very positive. We found it contributed greatly to our first impressions of Malta, and we will be back. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the only area you need to improve upon is the breakfast coffee!!. Very nice friendly efficient staff, perfect location in Sliema along the seafront, big confortable clean room, very good breakfast and excellent dinner buffet.

I was also disappointed at the range of fruit.The food was generally good, but not of a standard which I would expect from a Four Star Hotel. More importantly, I would also have expected a clear indication of the cost of telephoning from the hotel. This turned out to be terribly expensive; guests should be advised of the charges clearly in the room services folder next to the section giving the international dialling codes.Hard to find, better directions, Exterior shabby looking. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but we found Sliema too much of a concrete block in the sun.the Double-Room had 2 separate Beds wit 2 mattresses instead of one big bed. No wireless Internet, only one computer-station in the Lobby (for charge).
