What people say

We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. The room was wonderful and full of air control devices. People were cooperative and helpful.

I'm 32. This was a wonderful hotel. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. The staff were friendly and informative, buffet meals were varied and tasty, sky lounge was beautiful, pool was super and the crazy golf was fun.Position, food and most of all the staff who were all extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to get into Valletta and Mdina..Everyone was friendly and welcoming, it was a very good venue I would reccomend it highly.Great hotel. Great Location. We had a great holiday in Malta. Highly recommended - ideally located . Ironically, our most positive experiences arose from a number of problems which were dealt with efficiently and courteously, thereby turning a potential negative into a positive. I celebrated my birthday during the stay and this was marked by the hotel - a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. The position of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Prioces were good and the comfort and view from the room were superb. value for money was excellent and we will be staying their again.Consistantly high standard of food. A very wide selection of food choices Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel was value for money and facilities were excellent. Give the Japanese restaurant a miss. It seemed very separate from the main hotel so didn't detract much from my enjoyment of the hotel. The service was slow, fairly rude and they got my bill wrong (overcharging, of course, with no apology when I pointed out the error). Oh, don't wait for them to charge your card at the table or you'll be waiting all night. Instead, stand by the till and attract someone's attention!. Nothing. The only negative thing about the experience was the our minibar was not re stocked everyday.
