What people say

the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. I'd go back to that hotel in case. The staff are warm, welcoming and professional. You are greeted by name. Any minor issues that we had were dealt with immediately. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay at the Victoria again.

all reviews

staff very friendly and helpful. really nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly. The 5star pool facilities were fantastic. The Kindness of all the staff. The location of the hotel. The hotel had a sauna and a realxing pool side space. The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was cleaned one evening which was lovely beause we had accidentaly left the 'please do not disturb' sign on the door during the day rather than the 'please clean my room' sign. The hotel was partnered with the Palace hotel; we enjoyed going to Temptasian and having tea in luxurious surroundings. The Staff were exceptionally nice.the fact that you had use of the splendid rof top pool. Access to outdoor pool and quiet room. Well situated.Swift and dedicated staff. get yourself a good gps navigator if you go by yourself in a car; everything in driving thru malta (and Shliema, etc) is kinda labyrinthic, and the adresses signals. uf....!. The lifts are a little small and slow. Some of the linens could do with replacing.lift was slow which wa abit annoying,. The room was basic, old fashioned and the "air conditioning" didn't work properly. I had a few sleepless nights because of the heat.We booked the hotel for the jacuzzi (whirlpool), the steam room and the sauna. Only the sauna worked so we were not very impressed that we had paid so much for facilities that we could not use. The hotel is not in an especially convenient location. It is rather residential where the hotel is, albeit close to the promenade (which itself is mostly residential in this area of Sliema) and bus stop. The hotel, despite having an exceptionally nice staff, is a bit dated and has moved past its prime in our judgement.Low capacity elevator with tecnical problems. Problems finding a room with functionning fridge. Problems with TV and ventilation system. .
