An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation.It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was well designed and organised. Internet access was beneficial.

The hotel is perfect. Cleaning, Service, Food. Location, polite staff, not very expensive. really friendly staff, food was excellent (the food was the best in the area, you don't have to go outside the hotel to eat because you will probably be a little disappointed in Sliema), the room was modern and large, the beds were really comfortable....It is the best hotel in the area and it's certainly value for its price..I thought the hotel facilities were very good and clean and all the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and professional in appearance. Excellent hotel in particular the pool on the 9th floor overlooking the sea. Food was excellent also - Well done - I hope to visit again in the future.Friendly staff who where happy to help to solve any problems quickly. food was lovely, relaxed atomosphere. Situated in a good area not to much traveling needed.overall comfort. A very enjoyable weeks stay. Our junior suite had excellent views over the harbour. Food was good in all restaurants but the location and food in Temptasia was something special. Staff were helpful and pleasant.it was excellent value, very warm welcome, from the staff, definately go back. Everything was perfect.the cleanliness of the room.. overall it was o.k, the towels were changed every day, the beds were made every day but if i have to give one negative point it would mainly be the cleanliness of the floors f.ex...Nothing particular. Room decor was a little spartan and some scuff marks could do with cleaning. there were several ocassions when we had to ask for tea bags , milk sugar lack of towels, in our room, when ordering coctails from the bar, the member of staff did not have a clue and had to phone someone to advise,, even tho the list clearlt stated what was in them.

By Bus:
- If arriving in Sliema by bus, get off at the ferry terminal (400 metres from the hotel).
- Opposite the terminals should be 4 streets. Take Triq Il-Lunzjata and walk to its end.
- This will bring you onto High Street, where the hotel is situated.
