Set in the small village of Tarxien in south Malta, Bowyer House dates back to the 16th century. It features a summer pool, a private chapel and a pretty internal courtyard with tables and chairs.
Bowyer House is actually composed of 2 buildings. The historic one is where you will find the bar, lounge, meeting rooms and the courtyard. Rooms are located in the new building, connected by an internal passageway.
Rooms are simply furnished and feature a fan and a private bathroom with shower. Most rooms have a balcony or a terrace.
Breakfast is served buffet style each morning and includes ham cheese, bread, fruit and cereals, as well as coffee and tea.
The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away on foot for buses to the beach, around 15 minutes' drive away. Malta International Airport is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Excelent, simply excelent.
Nice & very cooperative owners. They allowed me for late checkout. Breakfast is quite enough, and small kitchen is always plus point. Quiet place...

Having to prepare my own breakfast and wash up other peoples dishes.
Bit difficult to find location, as I arrived late night.
old furniture, however I have been just overnight, so it was OK.
It was too damn hot in the room, we didn't sleep at all!.
