The hotel is very pleasant and the staff were very helpful. However, the spectacular setting sets this hotel apart. The hotel overlooks Xlendi Bay and the sea view rooms have fantastic views. We splurged for a terrace suite. It wasn't that much more but it was an awesome place to sip wine while the sun went down and the lights came up The bay is lined with restaurants and the hotel's was very good. Overall, this hidden gem is among the best places we have stayed and we will go out of our way t.
tutti gli commenti dei clienti St Patrick's is right on the beach. It has a generous breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff and the room was very comfy. Love the ambiance and the soft bed. The air-conditioning is a real plus. Also, if you need the bus it is right behind the hotel and takes you to the main historical city, Victoria. Great hotel and staff!. Not a pretentious hotel but one that will full fill most of a residents needs. Staff compliant and help full. Xlendi beach 10 meters from main entrance with a very pleasant out door coffee shop/restaurant between. Superb location on laid back Med. island. Clean and staff v. helpful. Walk out the front door and straight into the immaculately clean harbor to swim. Walk the surrounding cliffs in the early morning. Unreal. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location was great; good access to local buses and other facilities (albeit rather limited to the dive shop and some good places to eat out). The island grows on you. I just love it and will keep coming. there is a good beach, lovely walk along the cliffs, there are a few quaint restaurants and a few cosy bars. Gozo is all within easy reach. Location is perfect!!! The view is amazing!!! Calm beautiful place. Atmosphere in the hotel is friendly :) Advice tourists to rent a scooter and enjoy the island!. Location and ambiance of the hotel together with location. It was noted that the hotel is looking a little "tired" but still a very special place to stay. we have been before, a couple of times.we upgraded to a club suite with a sun terrace. it was lovely.overlooking the sea. Love the hotel! Excellent location in Xlendi - right on the bay, beautiful view. Room comfortable, staff very helpful. Nothing. Actually, everything was great. I do think they need to change the shower heads as they are old and disperse water unevenly. Also, a towel rack right near the sink (there is room) to hang hand towels. But now I am being just a little picky and would recommend this hotel 100%. Minor prob. but some innaccuracies in room info folder. The hotel does need to upgrade the furniture in the courtyard area (the rattan seating structure is rotting and the cushions do not improve the "comfort"). The water feature on the wall ceased to operate some time ago. The cooked breakfast is very average in its quality (read "steamed" rather than fresh). Very limited local shops; the nearest "supermarket" is in Rabat/Xlendi. i cannot come often enough. Breakfast is very simple. the air conditioning in the club suite was very noisy. had a bad nights sleep. also, this time we stayed we had no cold water, very hot water, so was unable to use the spa bath or shower.whee we stayed in july this year, we had no water at all.
