  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

  The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was great and well stocked - My boyfriend and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, all have a little balcony, the facilities are good (toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, safe) the pool area is lovely, the views over the town are nice. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. And free wifi. A great hotel :D

  Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. Upon return to our apartment later that day we noticed our bathroom floor was comp - Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   All of the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way - they definitely went above and beyond for my friend and I during our stay. We would definitely highly recommend the upper level rooms as they are not as noisy. We ended up getting the best room in the hotel! - Friendly and accommodating staff, nice rooms facing the bay
