  The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.

  It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment.   Location is great, in the center of Bugibba town. A lot of pubs, not far from the sea. Good price. Breakfast was also not so bad as for such a low price. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more.   This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel.
