  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   I am Maltese, and i like this hotel so much and i go so frequent, it is in the centre of so many attractions and night life. the hotel is so up to standard and inside everything is perfect, comfortable pillows, mattress and amongst all the cleanliness is inapplicable - Everything is great, location, service, hotel rooms, we stayed in the suite,... o que as pessoas dizem » 60mq, with big balcony. With the city view, we would like to come back again to malta and to this hotel.
