  The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel and surroundings were beautiful & well maintained. Room was very comfortable & luxurious. The food & service was to a vet high standard. We were made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.
