  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.   A true 5 star hotel! Staff were extremely nice and helpful, room (sea view) and facilities were great, and the breakfast qualified directly for my top 3 ever (and I have seen a few...).   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.   It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave.
