I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy. We never heard anyone else through the walls despite the hotel being very full.
