  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   The staff were amazing. They treated you like royalty. The rooms were just amazing and when they mention room with a sea view, they really do have an amazing view of the ocean. Would highly recommend this hotel if you don't have really tight budget. Rooms were alot cheaper in off peak months and can get an upgrade very easily if available.
