  The staff was super kind and helpful, both the woman who helped us enter one night we forgot the access code (OPS!) and Mr Joseph at reception, who helped us arrange a really last minute tour for Gozo/Comino and gave us great advices and indications every morning. It is situated in a great location, very easy to get to all the things you want to see in Malta. Apartments are new and very clean and have everything you would need if you wanted to eat meals in your room. There is a beach within walking distance and many great restaurants.   Customer service was second-to-none. Host and hostess very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Eve's 'special' eggs were a delight for breakfast! As the room we had was not being immediately occupied the day we left, we were afforded a late afternoon checkout to accommodate our flight times, at no extra cost - fantastic! It was comfortable, luxurious spacious, clean, and beatifully decorated. The hosts themselves are hospitable and made us feel very welcome. They are generous and offered us to attend their events and to make drinks on several occaisions.
