  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops.   The breakfast buffet was outstanding, one of the better ones we've had! The personnel were extremely nice and the service was outstanding. We got an outstanding deal on our room, as well.   Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent.
