  The location is excellent and very close to bus facilities (both sightseeing buses and buses to move from Sliema to Valleta etc) as well as divers restaurants. Also its location to the seaside is prime. The 2 staff I met (Daniel and Claudia) are both nice and friendly. Daniel is a good meteo expert.   Our stay was very positive. We found it contributed greatly to our first impressions of Malta, and we will be back.   Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. Upon return to our apartment later that day we noticed our bathroom floor was comp - Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   The location is quiet and there is a grocery shop nearby. Great for getting around on foot and with public transport in Sliema/Balluta Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.   We stayed in Depiro Point from the 3rd of April to the 10th April 2013. We were warmely welcomed on our arrival by Neil and Daniel Farrugia and their father who own the property and are responsible for the manning the front office, which is located ideally at the front of the building, should one have any inquiry during their stay. The Aparments a... vad folk säger » re new and furnished in a light and contemporary fashion. We were awarded the pentouse apartment, on the seventh floor, which gave a marvelous aspect - 1St Class. Brand new apartments. Very well finished. Very comfortable and peaceful location. Couldn't really fault. Great location but only a few minutes from the front and 10/15 mins walk to Sliema ferry ( get a good map as easy to go wrong along the narrow streets). Nice to have large tv , dvd player and wi fi was excellent. For a few extra £'s well worth getting the penthouse. Would definitely recommend. Very helpful reception. Organised our bus to airport for our return. Will be back!!
