  If you want value when in Malta, I really recommend the Plaza Regency. The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance.   The location is quiet and there is a grocery shop nearby. Great for getting around on foot and with public transport in Sliema/Balluta Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.   I really liked the flat, very bright and lovely. Two nice balcony with breath taking views over the city and harbor. Computer with Internet and wifi worked great. Expected that the TV just had German tv-channals so we brought some DVD-movies with us to watch, when we had to much sun.
