  Upon arrival, the receptionist offered me an upgrade to a room with sea view at no extra charge. Very nice of him indeed. He also helped me with a power plug adapter, as I was stupid enough to forget mine at home (Malta uses the British 1363 Type g socket). I had to leave a 10 euro deposit for the TV remote, which I found a little odd - but I gues... what people say » s they opted out for this precautionary measure after quite a few experiences with tourists taking them home as souvenirs. As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

  The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Lindsey who was on duty at 1.30am when we arrived. The hotel was basic but clean. This location suited my husband and myself as it was quiet, and the local buses were very good and cheap. I would be careful about recommending this part of St Paul's Bay because it would maybe too quiet for some... what people say » but we would go back there again - very friendly staff, the view from the room was magnificent.   The central location close to the bus station and everything that Valletta has to offer. There was a night staff so we could get in late without a bother.   It has been really relaxing and well maintained environment, it was very green, airy with wonderful views and characteristic apartments. The beach is right there and one of the best ones on the Island. It is surely the best option on the Island for nature lovers and families, I would not search for other alternatives in Malta for sure next time! ... what people say » :) - I liked the layout of the accommodation, the accessability to the beach and transport across the island.
