  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Very friendly staff - For the price we paid, we were very pleased with the room. Also the breakfast was good and anything that wasn't on the buffet was provided for if requested.

We never heard anyone else through the walls despite the hotel being very full. The proximity to local shops was convenient after we found a shortcut through... what people say » an undeveloped lot. This was our third visit in just under a year so we wouldn't keep going if we didn't like it.Living in Gozo it just gives us a change for a few days The food is very good and now there is a better selection of TV channels it is better for us as we only go out mornings and stay in room the rest of the day.
