The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel is only a few years old. The common space at the reception was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and well stocked .

The rooms are spacious and clean, all have a little balcony, the facilities are good (toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, safe) the pool area is lovely, the views over the town are nice. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. And free wifi. A great hotel :D. This hotel was beyond excellent. It is place close to the main transport system yet in a quiet side street. You are made to feel like part of a family who live in totally modern,up to date environment with all modern facilities.Anyone going for the first time should use this establishment. The catering was again excellent with a wide choice on a self service system both at breakfast/evening. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff, a very good breakfast selection is offered daily. Set on a quiet side-street away from any traffic and bar noise. A nice pool/sun deck on the roof. Great location with good bus connections to/from airport, Sliema, Valletta and other parts of the island. Plenty of good restaurants and bars located nearby. Very clean hotel with good service. The roof top pool was a real treat as it has a nice lounge area. A small basic gym is available too (treadmill, weight machine,etc). The view is great from the roof. The breakfast was fantastic! Great selection and service! Walking distance to ocean, shops, restaurants, bus stop and a good night life. Very well located within a few mins walk of Spinola Bay, Portomaso Marina & Paceville "Strip".Whilst hotel is not really geared to provide a comprehensive dinner menu, there are innumerable restaurants to satisfy all tastes in close proximity. Staff at all times were efficient, helpful & friendly. The location was great, lots of good resturants near by, bus stop at the end of the street, for both local destinations and airport transfers. Breakfast was really good. The busy Paceville area is a couple blocks away, so there was no noise to be heard. Staff were always very helpful. Good location convenient to waterfront, bus route, bars & restaurants. Good family run hotel, immaculately clean and tidy. Good selection of breafast - buffet style. Friendly staff. I was able to find on street parking close ti the hotel though this may have been good fortune. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful, always with a smile. The hotel room was spacious and we wanted for nothing.Unlike many hotels, both our beds had excellent bedside reading lamps. Breakfast was faultless with something to suit every taste and loads of it. This is a very nice hotel to stay at, the staff are very welcoming and approachable. The hotel is very comfortable and is in a good location to explore Malta, about a two minute walk to the bus and bar/restaurant area. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The reception is located a level below street level and you need to climb stairs to enter/exit the building. This is okay - but not if you have heavy luggage or if you are travelling with kids or the elderly (eg: stroller/wheelchair). /the staff are helpful and will assist if required. There is a lift in the hotel that takes you up to the hotel rooms - so it was only an issue on arrival and departure (I had heavy luggage). A ramp or hoist would be useful. The air conditioning was very hi-tech. I couldn't figure it out and came with no instructions. A staff member helped me with it but even then it didn't go as cold as I would have liked. We would have liked non-dairy milk option at breakfast, and some gluten free cereal/bread. The double bed was two twins pushed together. Absolutely nothing!!. Only some minor gripes - The wifi signal was often poor in the room, but you could get a strong signal in the lounge/bar area. Anyway didn't go there just for the free wifi. Complimentary Tea/coffee you have to pay for refills as they don't replenish the sachets. Everything was really good. If I had to come up with one thing it might be a suggestion to clean the filter on the pool, the water was looking cloudy. Very minor suggestion. There was a little noise late on outside on Friday night, but not significant.
