The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station. easy check in.

the price. location, very nice service, accommodation, breakfast. Basic accommodation but it was priced reasonably. Situated close enough to restaurants, bars, beach. The staff is helpfull and kind. The room view was not good, but having said that next time I stay I will ensure a room is booked at the front of the hotel. been there 3 time, always asked for a double bed, never granted, can a double bed be granted next time pls. Ni Double Bed again.lack of air condition. Hotel name was not visible and we drove by it a few times before finding it. Room was not cleaned/swept properly which was a pity. There was dark fluff on the bed sheets which was off putting. Lack of choice for breakfast. Manca l'aria condizionata in camera.Cleanliness of bed linens especially comforters. Foul odour in bathroom - seemed to be in water. Use of shower caused excessive water pooling on bathroom floor due to poor shower enclosure design.
