  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.
