  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Hotel tried to have some form of entertainment every night. they also provided a very good breakfast. we have stayed there a number of times, and will go back. - Nice staff, good location, things to do for teenagers.
