The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance.   Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.   Our stay was very positive. We found it contributed greatly to our first impressions of Malta, and we will be back.   It's a lovely place, with lots of space, several bathrooms and toilets, lots of towels, bedside lamps that made reading in bed a delight (and comfy beds). Beatiful terrace with a nice pool (a bit cold during our stay). It is a short walk into Xaghra centre where there are food shops (at least one of which will deliver food), restaurants. Easy to park your car on the street, but I think that there is also a garage space - The farmhouse was spacious,comfortable and very well equipped with private pool and sunbeds. Monica was most helpful with booking trips, taxis and any other queries (although the square is only a ten minute walk). The starter food pack was so welcome on arrival off a late flight. We (four ladies) loved this spacious accommodation but it would also be ideal for a family.

Excellent for young people who expects to mix and party all night long. - Everything was clean and the facilities were good.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... what people say » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme.   I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.
