  I am Maltese, and i like this hotel so much and i go so frequent, it is in the centre of so many attractions and night life. the hotel is so up to standard and inside everything is perfect, comfortable pillows, mattress and amongst all the cleanliness is inapplicable - Everything is great, location, service, hotel rooms, we stayed in the suite,... what people say » 60mq, with big balcony.   Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  Hi, i just went for a business trip to malta and stayed at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very nice, inviting hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more.
